How to Brush Curly Hair and protect the curls.
Firstly, decide if you want brushed hair or brushed hair that boofs out. Both are great, they just have a different visual impact.
Ok, so brushed and detangled curly hair can be achieved by using a Happy Hair Brush on damp wet hair. Because our brushes have boar bristles, they wont break the hair strand with each stroke like plastic bristles will do.
If you have a lot of curls, section the hair out and brush each section. Customers have told us that they find their hair curls EVEN MORE when using Happy Hair brushes because of the gentle bristles.
